Cabbage & Caraway
(serves 4-6)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 onion, peeled and finely sliced
750g cabbage, cored and shredded
2 carrots, julienned
2 tsp caraway seeds
- Melt the coconut oil in a large frying pan (with a lid). Sauté the onion for 2-3 minutes, then add the cabbage and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add 3 tablespoons of water and cover to steam-fry for 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the julienned carrots and caraway seeds, tossing them well to incorporate evenly, cooking for another minute or two.
