Everyone loves a wonderful crunchy stuffing crumble or side dish with their roast, so Elizabeth has created this little gem!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Walnuts (120g)
- ¾ Cups Pumpkin Seeds (110g)
- ⅓ Cup Brazil Nuts (60g)
- ⅓ Cup Dry Cranberries (50g)
Equipment needed:
- Food Processor
Instructions
- Process all the ingredients in a food processor, until everything is finely ground.
- Serve as a side dish with the celeriac roast and mushroom gravy.
