Cinnamon Quinoa Porridge
(Serves 2-3)
100g quinoa
250ml just-boiled water
1 apple, diced
1 tbsp cinnamon
Almond milk
Hazelnuts
- Rinse and drain the quinoa and place in a small saucepan.
- Add the boiled water and diced apple. Bring to a boil, then turn down the heat and cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until all the water has absorbed.
- Stir in the cinnamon and portion into 2 or 3 bowls. Add almond milk and top with chopped hazelnuts and fresh apple slices.
