Recipe type: Breakfast
This is a perfect breakfast for your digestive system. It's an alkalizing, anti-inflammatory, hormonal, anti-oxident so wake up to HEALTHY!
Serves about 1 ½ portions
  • 50g porridge oats
  • 15g sunflower seeds
  • 15g pumpkin seeds (blanch)
  • 25g chopped walnuts (blanch)
  • 25g chopped almonds (blanch)
  • 10g dried unsulphured apricots (blanch)
  1. Put the almonds and walnuts on a chopping board and roughly chop with a sharp knife.
  2. Roughly chop the apricots.
  3. Mix all the ingrediants together.
  4. Will last for one week in an air tight container.
  5. Can be eaten hot or cold. Can be used in the baked apple or as the crumble on the top of
  6. a apple crumble.
