1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped, plus more for garnish
600ml water or homemade vegetable stock
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice Dulse flakes, to taste
Instructions
Steam the broccoli for 5 minutes until soft. Remove from heat and set aside.
Place the almonds into a small heatproof bowl. Pour just-boiled water into this boil and let sit for 5 minutes. Drain and pop the almonds out of the skins. Discard the skins.
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
Can be reheated, or served chilled.
