Pea & Watercress Soup (raw. vegan)

Ingredients
Serves 2
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 100g frozen, or fresh shelled peas
  • 100g watercress
  • ½ avocado
  • 230ml filtered water
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients together.
  2. Add more water if necessary to desired consistency.
  3. Serve.
