Sardine Bruschetta

Serves 1
  • 1 slice sprouted spelt bread
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ avocado, sliced
  • 2-3 tomato slices
  • 5 rocket leaves
  • Sardines
  • Lime or lemon
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Cut the garlic clove in half and rub the open end onto both sides of the toast.
  3. Layer the avocado, tomato, rocket, and finally the sardines on top.
  4. Serve with a few drops of fresh lime/lemon juice, and olive oil.
