Super Spicy Salsa

Our Super Spicy Salsa is a hot and zingy addition to any meal and has all round youthing benefits. Tomatoes are an outstanding antioxidant and are believed to help boost both heart and bone health, essential to looking and feeling younger. Packed full of beta ceratone and vitamin C, tomatos are best eaten between June and October when they are in season and the nutritional value is at its most dense. The olive oil is a soluble fat and should be eaten with vegetables as it allows the vitamins to work their magic.
Makes 1 jar
  • 1 medium jalapeno peppers
  • ½ large chilli
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 25g fresh parsley
  • 25g coriander
  • 450g ripe tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl, for use at once.
  3. Will keep in the fridge for a week.
