A cool non-alcoholic drink for those tranquil summer days. The sweetness of these health-giving fruits is simply glorious and the strawberries can help burned stored fat and promote eye health as well as having anti-aging properties.
Ingredients
Serves 1
6 strawberries
½ pear
1 lemon juice
½ lime juice
A handful of ice
Mint for decoration
Instructions
Wash the fruit under a cold tap and gently pat dry.
Top and tail the strawberries.
Put all the fruit with the lemon and lime juice in to a blender with ice.
The lemon will make it quite sharp so keep tasting to make it perfect!
Blend until it is a smooth consistency.
Pour into a glass and add some chopped mint on the top.
