30g kale or spinach leaves
2 cloves garlic
380g ready-to-eat chickpeas
150g shelled Edamame
2 Tbsp tahini
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp cumin
3-5 Tbsp water
- Process the kale or spinach leaves together until finely chopped.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
