This is a perfect breakfast for your digestive system. It's an alkalizing, anti-inflammatory, hormonal, anti-oxident so wake up to HEALTHY!
Ingredients
Serves about 1 ½ portions
- 50g porridge oats
- 15g sunflower seeds
- 15g pumpkin seeds (blanch)
- 25g chopped walnuts (blanch)
- 25g chopped almonds (blanch)
- 10g dried unsulphured apricots (blanch)
Instructions
- Put the almonds and walnuts on a chopping board and roughly chop with a sharp knife.
- Roughly chop the apricots.
- Mix all the ingrediants together.
- Will last for one week in an air tight container.
- Can be eaten hot or cold. Can be used in the baked apple or as the crumble on the top of
- a apple crumble.
