Pea & Watercress Soup (raw. vegan)

Serves 2
- 1 scallion
- 1 stalk celery
- 100g frozen, or fresh shelled peas
- 100g watercress
- ½ avocado
- 230ml filtered water
- 100ml coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together.
- Add more water if necessary to desired consistency.
- Serve.
