Sardine Bruschetta

Ingredients
Serves 1
- 1 slice sprouted spelt bread
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼ avocado, sliced
- 2-3 tomato slices
- 5 rocket leaves
- Sardines
- Lime or lemon
- Drizzle of olive oil
Instructions
- Toast the bread.
- Cut the garlic clove in half and rub the open end onto both sides of the toast.
- Layer the avocado, tomato, rocket, and finally the sardines on top.
- Serve with a few drops of fresh lime/lemon juice, and olive oil.
