SPRING ONION CRACKERS
250g chickpea flour
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp olive oil
230ml warm water
1 spring onion stalk, finely chopped
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl until smooth.
- Spread evenly onto a parchment-lined 32 x 44cm baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes, and cut into squares/rectangles. Flip over and peel off the parchment to bake the second side. Bake for a further 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool completely before storing.
