170g fresh strawberries
300ml full-fat coconut milk
2 Tbsp maple syrup or honey, optional
- Puree or mash the strawberries, spoon into ice pop moulds, filling them up 1/4 to 1/3 cup full.
- Combine the coconut milk with the syrup or honey. Pour into the moulds on top of the strawberry layer.
- Freeze for 45 minutes, insert the sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
