Strawberry Daiquiri Drink

A cool non-alcoholic drink for those tranquil summer days. The sweetness of these health-giving fruits is simply glorious and the strawberries can help burned stored fat and promote eye health as well as having anti-aging properties.
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 6 strawberries
- ½ pear
- 1 lemon juice
- ½ lime juice
- A handful of ice
- Mint for decoration
Instructions
- Wash the fruit under a cold tap and gently pat dry.
- Top and tail the strawberries.
- Put all the fruit with the lemon and lime juice in to a blender with ice.
- The lemon will make it quite sharp so keep tasting to make it perfect!
- Blend until it is a smooth consistency.
- Pour into a glass and add some chopped mint on the top.
- Enjoy!
