Our Sweet Vitamin Booster gives our bodies an all-in-one serious dose of vitamins. Kiwis offer a great deal more than an exotic flair to your smoothies, including more vitamin C than an orange. They also contain a number of phytonutrients and minerals that promote healthy skin tone and can contribute towards reducing blood pressure. Full of antioxidants and incredibly alkalizing, this juice is a great way to start your day.
Ingredients
- 2 kiwifruits
- 2 fresh apricots
- 1 pear
- ½ lemon
Instructions
- Peel the kiwis, de-stone the apricots and roughly chop the pear.
- Place all ingredients in a juicer and drink at once!
