If you can do just one juice, do this one! It really is a fantastic juice that will put you on the right track every day. The wonderful combination of these highly nutritious vegetables containing multiple vitamins combines beautifully with the anti-inflammatory properties of the turmeric and ginger. I always suggest using organic fruit and vegetables to maximize the national value.
Ingredients
- 1 small beetroot
- 3 carrots
- 1 lemon
- Thumb-sized piece fresh ginger
- 3 stalks of celery
- 1 handful of spinach, washed
- ¼ tsp. ground turmeric
